We’ve all done it—tucked away a special bottle for “the right occasion,” only to have it gather dust while we wait for someday. This year someday is now.
Open That Bottle Night is a yearly reminder that the best moments aren’t the ones we wait for they’re the ones we create. Great wine isn’t meant to sleep in the cellar; it’s meant to be shared at the table with good food, great company, and stories worth telling.
Join us on February 28th at Songbird Parlour where we pair Laurel Glen wines for an evening dedicated to celebrating now. We’ll offer specially curated wine pairings ($40) to accompany our Restaurant Week 3-course menu ($60), plus one surprise “open-that-bottle” pour to share with the whole room—because some wines are meant to bring everyone together.

Throughout the evening, Bettina from Laurel Glen will circulate with a rare treat: their 2013 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, offering tastes and the opportunity to purchase bottles to take home (or better yet, open right here).
