Join us on January 28 from 4–6 PM for an evening of art and wine celebrating Sonoma Valley mixed-media artist Judy Manza. Her vibrant, layered works will be showcased throughout the space and available for purchase, inviting guests to explore the playful stories woven into each piece. The reception will feature a special curated wine tasting, with featured wines available for purchase at exclusive event-only pricing. A relaxed and engaging evening where creativity, conversation, and Laurel Glen wines come together.

Artist Bio

Judy Manza is an emerging contemporary artist in Sonoma Valley, specializing in mixed media, acrylic, collage and abstraction. Born in Berkeley, California, Judy previously worked in graphic design/brand creative and in corporate communications, now finding peaceful balance in the Sonoma wine industry. Her vibrant, layered compositions reflect her foundational training, but with a focus on more wild, carefree and playful artistic expression. She enjoys working with mixed media because it gives her the freedom to make marks and playfully apply paint, simultaneously moving between many mediums so each layer can add its own distinct qualities. She views her departure from the constraints of commercial design as a source of creative freedom, fostering an environment where artistic boundaries are expanded and judgement is suspended. She likes to think of her work as a window through which one can look inward and outward at the same time. As you peek at Judy’s art, don’t be surprised if you end up smirking – her playful spirit has a way of inviting everyone to join the creative party happening between the layers.
