Artist Bio

ALICIA BUELOW is a Sonoma-based artist specializing in mixed media collage on canvas. Her work explores the relationships between human emotion, language, nature, and the unique juxtapositions we encounter in our everyday environment. By combining found objects with type, illustration, texture, and other surprises, Alicia creates provocative and richly layered imagery that can be felt on both a personal and universal level.
